Walnut Creek Homeowners' Association Architectural Form
The purpose of the Walnut Creek Homeowners' Association Architectural Committee is to make sure your improvements conform to our covenants. An approval from the Architectural Committee does not imply that you have met the code requirements of the state or county. That is only determined by the proper government regulations. Without Committee approval, if one of your neighbors registers a complaint and a suit is filed, you may be required to change your improvements to meet covenant guidlines resulting in additional expense to you.
Be advised that the Architectural Committee recommends that you follow all Colorado and Jefferson County guidlines and strongly recommends that you obtain any permits that may be required for such improvements.
If you are planning improvements to the exterior of your home or property, please be sure to fill out this form and submit it to our Architectural Committee for approval. You should review the covenants to be sure what you are proposing is within Walnut Creek Homeowners' Association Guidelines.
