Roofing Replacement Request Form

The purpose of the Walnut Creek Homeowners' Association Architectural Committee is to make sure the replacement of your roofing materials conforms to our covenants. An approval from the Architectural Committee does not imply that you have met the code requirements of the state or county. That is only determined by the proper government regulations. Without Committee approval, if one of your neighbors registers a complaint and a suit is filed, you may be required to make any changes to your roof to bring it into compliance with Walnut Creek's covenants, up to and including replacing your roofing materials. This could prove to be a very costly and unnecessary repair.

The Architectural Committee recommends that you follow all Colorado and Jefferson County guidlines and strongly recommends that you obtain any permits that may be required for such improvements.

If you are planning on replacing your roof, please be sure to fill out this form and submit it to our Architectural Committee for approval. You should review the covenants to be sure what you are proposing is within Walnut Creek Homeowners' Association Guidelines.

A completion Date of no longer than One (1) year is required as per Walnut Creek Covenants.
